Capital that keeps coming

Worker-owned by design

No balance-sheet risk

Returns for community work

Impact funds, justice foundations, and community lenders are fluent capital allocators. They build and deploy integrated stacks, blended capital, PRIs, recoverable grants, first-loss and senior layers, with real sophistication. Moving capital into the field is what they do.

The Equity Picture is a different kind of thing to hold. Most capital in this work is assembled to be deployed, then assembled again the next cycle.

This is an asset that keeps producing once built, autonomous, steady, and self-sustaining, rather than something gathered again from scratch each time. The return is consistent and non-extractive. What makes it worth holding is that it is durable, and it is yours.

THE CONCEPT

An initiative designed to generate capital that keeps coming in, instead of a grant that runs out.

Capital that stays congruent by design, because it comes from workers owning their own companies.

Not lending, not risk, not an owned balance sheet.

Returns built to feed community work and the next round of worker buyouts.

THE SOURCE

When a company’s workers buy that company, they need a loan. Arranging and managing that loan is real work, and it earns fees on every deal. The Equity Picture does that work, and the fees flow back to everyone who helped build the platform, including you. The more worker buyouts happen, the more the capital grows.

Credit unions make the loans. We give them the tools to do it safely, so no single lender carries the whole risk. That’s the engine. You never touch it. You just share in what it produces.

THE ECONOMIC OPENING

High interest rates have slowed the big private-equity buyouts, but workers buying their own companies is speeding up. Individual buyouts run $2M to $25M, and the pilot book aggregates roughly $75M across several deals. The need is here. The plan is built. What’s missing is the founding partners who can open the right doors.
